Codiaeum variegatum Van Houtti

This croton hybrid was developed by Belgium horticulturist Linden Gand in 1875.

Type T, 3-1/2" x 11", - In new leaves the main color is green with midrib and veins more or less margined orange and yellow. In the mature leaf the ground color is deep rich blackish red and the markings become a flaming crimson.
